Cha Sensei and the members of Ace Kendo Academy are incredibly welcoming. The dojo offers practice sessions every day, and I would attend daily if I could. It’s a wonderful place to learn not only kendo, but also discipline and respect. The dojo is always clean and well organized. I highly recommend Ace Kendo Academy to both beginners and advanced practitioners who want to improve and refine their skills. I'm very happy with Ace Kendo and master Cha and the incredible atmosphere he creates for young learners. His kind words and steady encouragement have helped my son blossom—not only in confidence but socially as well. Watching him grow more assured and engaged with each class has been a joy.

Ace Kendo has been a game-changer for my son. Master Cha is not only an incredible teacher but also a strong role model—calm, disciplined, and deeply dedicated. I started with the free 2-week trial. Master Cha was very kind and gave me a lot of encouragement. Everyone was welcoming and respectful toward one another. 우리 아이들은 일년 전에 검도를 배우기 시작했습니다.
친절하신 관장님께서 아이들은 사랑으로 잘 가르쳐주셔서 아이들은 검도장에 가는걸 무척 좋아합니다.
승급 심사를 통해 아이들이 동기 부여도 되고 자신감고 키워져서 매우 만족하며 보내고 있습니다.
특히 저희 둘째 아이는 검도를 하면서 소극적인 면이 많이 없어지고 자신감이 많이 높아져서 학교생활에도 도움이 많이 됩니다. 그리고 사교성도 많이 좋아져서 친구들과의 관계도 많이 좋아졌습니다.
큰아이 또한 학업에 스트레스를 검도장에서 많이 풀고와서 학업에 적지 않게 도움이 됩니다.

Master Cha has been an instrumental part of my journey in kendo. This place has been the grounds for learning discipline, self confidence, as well as self control. Everyone here has been extremely supportive and helpful to me, and most importantly, friendly and kind.
